Je suis chercheur CNRS en mécanique des fluides au laboratoire Matière et Systèmes Complexes (UMR 7057) à Paris. Plus particulièrement, mes recherches se situent à la frontière entre l’acoustique et l’hydrodynamique. Le son peut, en effet, être utilisé pour faire s’écouler des liquides (acoustofluidique) ou bien exciter la vibration de bulles d’air pour mieux les caractériser. A l’inverse, des évènements hydrodynamiques génèrent du son (aéroacoustique) qui peut être étudier pour comprendre la physique sous-jacente.
